Just a little folk art history: It was in the 1970's when folk art experienced a revival and stirred up an interest in people to celebrate traditional crafts. Art festivals and exhibitions were on the rise at that time.
Growing up in the 1970s I fell in love with folk art at a very young age. My mother always had it in our home. It was either hanging on the wall or art on our kitchen mugs. I was always drawing folk art as a kid.
You can bless someone you care about today by sending them one of our pretty tea cup and Bible greeting card. It's BLANK on the inside and perfect for longer messages.
Whether you are a fan of folk art or not, you have to admit, it is a colorful, happy art genre and is sure to put a smile on someone's face.
